The guarantee in five sentences.
- 15 years for residential and 10 years for commercial use from the date of purchase: the surface will not wear through, stain or fade from light.
- For a valid claim, Swiss Krono supplies replacement material for the affected elements, less 10 % per year of use.
- Not covered: damage from incorrect installation, cleaning or care, standing water or flooding, scratches and dents, and extreme temperature or humidity changes.
- Submit a claim in writing to SWISS KRONO TEX GmbH & Co. KG with proof of purchase, photos, a description, location and type of use.
- German law applies; your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

COREPEL vinyl floors (SPC, LVT, WPC) are certified to TÜV PROFiCERT-product Interior PREMIUM (reg. no. 70 720 8318-1). No REACH-relevant phthalates detected, emissions tested. COREPEL therefore meets, among others:

Frequently asked questions.
What guarantee does COREPEL have?
15 years for residential and 10 years for commercial use, from the date of purchase, provided installation and care follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Full terms are in the guarantee document.
What does the guarantee exclude?
Damage from incorrect installation, cleaning or care, standing water or flooding, scratches, dents, loss of gloss and extreme temperature or humidity changes. Heavy-duty commercial areas such as commercial kitchens are excluded.
What does use class 33 mean?
Class 33 under EN ISO 10874 stands for heavy commercial use such as offices, hotels or shops. At home it gives plenty of reserve.
Is COREPEL free of phthalates and formaldehyde?
Yes. TÜV testing found no REACH-relevant phthalates and the requirements of EN 14041 are met. According to the data sheet COREPEL is formaldehyde-free.
Is COREPEL 100 % waterproof?
Yes, the planks are waterproof thanks to their mineral core. Long-standing water and flooding can still damage the subfloor and are excluded from the guarantee.
How do I make a guarantee claim?
